Personal/Small Group Training – One-one-One or Train with a few a friends. If Power Boot Camp doesn’t fit your schedule, you can commit to Personal or Small Group Training. Get a few friends together and commit to get fit! Be accountable and form a team. You will be training with me in a more intimate environment, but most certainly working just as hard.
