Household Exercise Tip – Ditch the laundry basket! Once the laundry is clean, dry and folded…take an item or two and go! If your destination is upstairs this is even better. Don’t be afraid to pick up the pace…run even. Be creative make it a game.

Hope you are all enjoying the break in the freezing weather. Get outside and take a run, jog or a even a brisk walk. Don’t stay cooped up all winter. It’s a great way to get some Vitamin D!
