What is Power Boot Camp?

Power Boot Camp is a 4-day a week fitness program designed to challenge and motivate you to reach your fitness goals led by Nesta Certified Personal Trainer, Erica Hedlund. You will lose body fat, gain muscle, increase stamina and flexibility all while having fun!

Why Power Boot Camp?

Because, all you need to do is show up with a set of 5 or 8lb dumb bells (8-10lbs for men) , water, exercise mat and a willingness to work. Power Boot Camp will provide the rest. After one hour, you will feel like you have accomplished more than most people do ALL day. You will start to realize that you can do things you never thought possible. You will not only start to meet (and perhaps exceed your original goals) but you will learn much more about yourself than you imagined. It’s a journey and you never know who you’ll meet along the way. You will not find a more motivating and supportive environment.

What kind of workouts will I do in Power Boot Camp?

You name it! Resistance and Cardiovascular training of all sorts, Relays, Obstacle Courses, Plyometrics and more. There is one thing that is certain: EVERY DAY is DIFFERENT! You will be challenged and you will not be bored.

Do I need to be in shape to participate in Power Boot Camp?

NO! But, you need to want to get in shape. You can work at whatever fitness level you are at and you WILL get stronger and more fit every day. You will get results based on the effort you put in, but you have to commit and show up. Let Power Boot Camp help motivate you to success. You can’t get fit sitting at home thinking about it, watching shows about other people getting fit. Why not let that be YOU?

Where does Power Boot Camp meet?

As long as the weather allows, we meet at Green Hill Park, 50 Skyline Drive Worcester, 01605. During the winter months we meet at the Sacred Heart Church, 596 Cambridge St, Worcester 01610.

How do I get start my first Power Boot Camp?

Go to the Calendar Page. From there you will decide if you are ready to take advantage of the Annual Power Membership. If not, you can choose a Camp or other option and register there. There are several levels of commitment, with more commitment comes more savings and more results.

Does Power Boot Camp have a refund policy?

Payments are made in full prior to the start of any session. Refunds and credits are not available once a session begins. In cases of severe illness or a serious event, Power Boot Camp will make special arrangements as we see fit.
